Return / Cancellation Policy

RETURNS

At Towels & Home, we stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if there is an issue with your order. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event that the goods you receive are flawed, we are happy to offer a full refund on all blank, regularly stocked merchandise returned within 30 days of receipt.  If the goods you receive are not flawed but you would like to return them, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt but a 10% restocking fee as well as shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

 

For custom products, if the product you receive differs substantially from the proof you created at Towels & Home or if the goods are otherwise flawed, you may return the custom goods for a full refund within 15 days of receipt. Unless the goods are flawed, we are unable to accept returns on custom goods.

 

To obtain a full refund for your return, please follow the steps below:

 

Step 1: Please contact a Towels & Home representative via email at the following email address: info@cottoncreations.com.  In the content of the email state your reason for requesting a return. If Towels & Home has made an error or your goods are flawed, we will send you a return shipping label so you may return your order. (You may be asked to provide a photograph of the error/flaw so we can issue a shipping label.)**

 

Step 2:  Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and that the product is in new and unused condition.  All returned items must be in new and unused condition to receive a refund.  Towels & Home defines “new and unused” as a product in its original packaging with no indication of use or washing of the product.  Towels & Home must receive back the full balance of towels purchased to complete the return.

 

Step 3:  After Towels & Home receives and inspects your returned shipment for the error/flaw, a refund will be issued via your original payment method and you’ll be all set!

CANCELLATIONS

At Towels & Home we work hard to have your orders processed as quickly as possible. Unfortunately this means that the window of time between when your order is placed and when it is submitted to our warehouse for processing is very short. In order to receive a full refund, orders must be cancelled within 2 hours after they are placed. After 2 hours have passed, a 10% cancellation processing fee will be withheld from your refund amount. After 24 hours of placing an order, cancellations cannot be refunded. This applies to both blank and custom orders.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

**Please note that while Towels & Home does examine every order shipped, due to order volume we are unable to guarantee that 100% of our flour sack products are free of flaws. We allow for size variation in our flour sack towels of 1-2 inches less than or greater than the size as specified on each flour sack towel product page. We also put our flour sack towels through a rigorous quality control process to limit color or weave flaws to less than 5%.
