Return / Exchange Policy

At Towels & Home, we stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event that you are not pleased with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund on all regularly stocked merchandise within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.  To obtain a full refund, please follow the following steps:

Step 1: Please contact a Towels & Home representative via email at the following email address: info@towelsandhome.com.  In the content of the email state your reason for returning the product.   You will then be given a Return Authorization # (i.e. RA #) and the applicable Towels & Home “ship to” address to send your product.

Step 2:  After obtaining your RA # and Towels & Home “ship to” address, the merchandise is ready to ship back to Towels & Home.  Please include your RA # and a copy of either your invoice or original shipping confirmation page with your shipment.  Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and that the product is in a new and unused condition.  All returned items must be in new and unused condition in order to receive a refund.   Towels & Home defines "new and unused" as a product in its original packaging with no indication of use of the product.  We must receive the full balance of towels in order to process the return.

Step 3:  After Towels & Home receives and inspects your returned product, a credit memo will be issued.  Upon receipt of your credit memo, your refund is complete!
